摘要

本文主要介绍了医疗设备周期管理模式在本院设备管理中的应用过程,总结医疗设备周期管理中安装、验收、设备操作培训、档案管理、设备维修、设备校准、报废等工作存在的疑难问题,并分析相关医疗设备周期管理的优化方案,以期为医院设备管理工作进步提供基础依据.医疗设备周期管理模式可帮助医院提高医疗设备管理的运行效率,降低运行成本,实现医疗设备管理高质量发展,对现有的管理体系具有一定借鉴意义.

Abstract

Hospital medical equipment management is a key link in ensuring the smooth progress of hospital diagno-sis and treatment work,ensuring patient safety and health,and improving hospital research services However,with the recent introduction of a large number of medical equipment,how to carry out scientific management and maintenance is the current research problem.This article mainly introduces the application process of the medical equipment cycle management mode in the equipment management of our hospital,and summarizes the difficult problems in the installa-tion,acceptance,equipment operation training,file management,equipment maintenance,equipment calibration,scrapping and other work in the medical equipment cycle management,and analyzes the optimization schemes of re-lated medical equipment cycle management,in order to provide a basic basis for the progress of hospital equipment management work.The research results indicate that the medical equipment cycle management model can help hospi-tals improve the operational efficiency of medical equipment management,reduce operating costs,and achieve high-quality development of medical equipment management.This has certain reference significance for the existing man-agement system.
