This paper discusses the application and effect of virtual simulation teaching in the standardized training of clinical pathology residents.Virtual simulation teaching provides a safe and controllable learning environment by simulating complex medical situations,and strengthens the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Applications include microscopic pathology virtual section,macroscopic simulation anatomy,molecular pathology in-teraction platform and clinical pathology consultation simulation.These methods have improved the diagnostic ability,clinical and pathological combination ability and team communication skills of residents,brought innovation to medi-cal education,and optimized the comprehensive training effect of residents.
