Good medical humanities education can create a humanistic atmosphere full of care and respect,enhance the sense of belonging and responsibility of medical personnel,and improve the quality of medical services and social reputation of hospitals.This article aims to explore the importance of medical humanities education in hospital cul-tural construction,hoping to provide useful ideas and theoretical support for medical institution managers,medical staff,and related professional scholars,promote the development of hospital cultural construction,and improve the quality of medical services.
