The construction of information management system for standardized training of residents is an important step for medical institutions to move towards intelligent and digital management.With the continuous development of medical science and technology and the improvement of information level,with the help of advanced database technol-ogy and cloud computing technology,residents can be provided with more personalized and efficient training services,so as to comprehensively improve the professional level and training experience of doctors.The purpose of this paper is to explore the research on the information management and practice of standardized training of residents,including the objectives,methods,technical means and practical application of information management.
