A Study on the Innovation Path of Hospital Human Resource Management under the Perspective of Hierarchy of Needs and Two-Factor Theory
This paper discusses the innovation path of human resource management in hospitals from the perspective of hierarchy of needs and two-factor theory.By outlining the core ideas of the two theories,it analyzes the current situ-ation and challenges of human resource management in hospitals,and puts forward targeted innovation strategies,in-cluding meeting the basic needs of employees,stimulating intrinsic motivation,and constructing a scientific perfor-mance appraisal system,etc.The article also emphasizes the implementation programs and guarantees.The article also emphasizes the importance of the implementation plan and guarantee mechanism to ensure the effective imple-mentation and continuous improvement of the innovation measures.Looking ahead,hospitals need to continuously opti-mize their human resource management to adapt to the rapid changes in the healthcare industry.
