As an important administrative function management department of public hospitals,the administrative of-fice has many basic functions such as conveying and implementing various systems and decision-making,work coordi-nation,research,supervision and management,and serving patients.It is a central department with internal and exter-nal coordination and linkage in the deployment and implementation of various major work in public hospitals.How-ever,there are certain management loopholes in the actual work process,such as outdated management methods and loopholes in management processes.Under the background of high-quality development,public hospitals have higher requirements for the functions and work level of administrative offices.They are required to fully rely on the advan-tages of departments,attach importance to personnel training,strengthen communication,build high-quality service teams,improve service quality,etc.,pay attention to detail management,seize the opportunity to make up for the dis-advantages of hospitals,promote the improvement and transformation of key work functions of offices,and better help the high-quality development of hospitals.
