Opportunities and Challenges of Talent Team Construction in Secondary Public Hospitals During the"14th Five-Year Plan"Period—Taking S Hospital of Secondary Public Hospital as an Example
The construction of talent team is the core element of hospital development.The composition and stability of talents affect the ability and quality of medical services.This study takes the secondary public hospital S hospital as an example,investigates the medical staff and administrative staff of the hospital through interviews,describes the cur-rent situation of talent development,investigates the current situation of talent development in secondary public hospi-tals,and uses SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of hospital talent team construction during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period.The results show that there is a brain drain in secondary pub-lic hospitals,but the number of medical staff has increased year by year.However,the talent structure is not reason-able and the stability is insufficient.The construction of talent team can be improved by making rational use of exter-nal policy advantages and improving internal incentive mechanism,so as to promote the development of hospitals with strong talent support.
