翻转课堂结合自制技能操作剧本及视频在培养学生临床实践能力中的应用

目的 分析翻转课堂与自制技能操作剧本及视频相结合在培养学生临床实践能力中的价值.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年12月在重庆市铜梁区人民医院骨科实习的210名学生作为研究对象,其中将2020年1月—2021年12月实习的107名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学法教学;另将2022年1月—2023年12月实习的103名学生作为观察组,采用翻转课堂+自制技能操作剧本及视频教学.实习结束后,对比两组理论与临床实践操作成绩及出科成绩、学习积极性、教学满意度.结果 观察组教学后的理论成绩、临床实践操作及出科成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的学习积极性优良率为97.09%(100/103)、教学满意度为98.06%(101/103)均较对照组高[89.72%(96/107)、87.85%(94/107)],差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在医学生骨科实习中,采用翻转课堂+自制技能操作剧本及视频进行教学,能丰富其理论知识,提高实践操作能力与学习积极性,且教学满意度更高.
Application of Flipped Classroom Combined with Self-made Skill Opera-tion Scripts and Videos in Cultivating Students'Clinical Practice Abilities
Objective To analyze the value of combining flipped classroom with self-made skill operation scripts and videos in cultivating students'clinical practice abilities.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,210 stu-dents who practiced in the Department of Orthopaedics of Chongqing Tongliang District People's Hospital were se-lected as the research objects.Among them,107 students who practiced from January 2020 to December 2021 were used as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was used.In addition,103 students who practiced from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and flipped classroom+self-made skill op-eration script and video teaching were used.After the end of the internship,the theoretical and clinical practice opera-tion scores,departmental performance,learning enthusiasm,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were com-pared.Results After teaching,the theoretical scores,clinical practice and departmental scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of learning enthusiasm was 97.09%(100/103),and teaching satisfaction 98.06%(101/103)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[89.72%(96/107),87.85%(94/107)],and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the orthopedic practice of medical students,the use of flipped classroom+self-made skill operation scripts and videos for teaching can enrich their theoretical knowledge,improve their practical operation ability and learning enthusiasm,and have higher teaching satisfaction.
