Application of the Combination of SimMom High Simulation Birthing Simulator and Debriefing in Obstetrics Simulation Teaching
Objective To analyze the application effect of using the combination of SimMom high simulation birthing simulator and debriefing teaching modes in obstetrics simulation teaching.Methods From October 2022 to February 2024,120 obstetrical clinicians from Shenyang Women's and Children's Hospital and provincial,municipal and county medical units in Liaoning Province were selected as training objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to different teaching methods,with 60 clinicians in each group.The research group used Sim-Mom high simulation birthing simulator to conduct simulated training of obstetric cases and the teaching method of students'review and tutor's review discussion after the training,and the control group used the traditional teaching method of skill operation training.The theory,skill and team cooperation rating table were used to conduct teaching evaluation after the training,and the effects of the two teaching activities were compared.Results The theory,skill and team cooperation scores of postpartum hemorrhage,cardiac arrest,emergency cesarean section and neonatal resus-citation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In obstetrics clinical teaching,the combination of SimMom high simulation birthing simula-tor and debriefing can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge,operation skills and team cooperation ability of clinicians,and improve clinical practice ability.
