责任制弹性排班在儿科护士管理中的应用研究

目的 探讨责任制弹性排班在儿科护士管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月在无锡市儿童医院儿科任职的31名护士为研究对象,2023年1-6月对31名儿科护士实施常规排班管理,2023年7-12月对31名儿科护士实施责任制弹性排班管理.比较责任制弹性排班实施前后儿科护士的工作压力、职业倦怠感、岗位胜任能力及排班满意度.结果 责任制弹性排班实施后,儿科护士的工作压力评分、情感衰竭、去人格化评分低于实施前,个人成就感、岗位胜任能力、排班满意度评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 责任制弹性排班能够降低儿科护士工作压力,减轻其职业倦怠感,提高其岗位胜任能力及排班满意度.
Application of Responsibility System Flexible Scheduling in the Manage-ment of Pediatric Nurses
Objective To explore the effect of flexible scheduling of responsibility system in the management of pedi-atric nurses.Methods A total of 31 nurses working in the Department of Pediatrics of Wuxi Children's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,routine scheduling man-agement was implemented for 31 pediatric nurses,and from July to December 2023,responsibility system flexible scheduling management was implemented for 31 pediatric nurses.Before and after the responsibility system for elastic scheduling,pediatric nurses job stress,job burnout feeling,post competence and monthly work satisfaction were com-pared.Results Since the implementation of responsibility system for flexible scheduling,the work pressure scores,emotional exhaustion and to personal scores were lower than before the implementation,personal accomplishment,post competence,scheduling satisfaction score were higher than before the implementation,the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility system flexible scheduling can reduce the work pressure and job burnout of pediatric nurses,and improve their job competency and scheduling satisfaction.
