Analysis of the Application Effect of Diversified Teaching Models in PIVAS Pharmaceutical Internship Teaching
Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified teaching model in the teaching of pharmacy in-terns in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods Twenty pharmaceutical interns received by the Department of Pharmacy in Yongzhou Central Hospital from July 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects,and the interns were divided into two groups according to different time periods.Among them,10 pharmaceuti-cal interns included from July 2020 to November 2021 were the control group,and routine practice teaching was ad-opted.From December 2021 to April 2023,10 pharmaceutical interns were included in the observation group,and di-versified teaching was adopted.The skill assessment scores(medical order review ability,system and process aware-ness rate,operation ability),internship identification scores(organizational discipline,work attitude,personal appear-ance,learning attitude,professional technology),and teaching comprehensive evaluation scores(classroom satisfac-tion,interest in PIVAS,identification of team cooperation ability,and expectation of future work)were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The skill assessment scores of the control group were lower than those of the observa-tion group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The internship appraisal scores in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching evaluation scores in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion It is more advantageous to adopt the diversified teaching mode in the teaching of PIVAS pharmaceutical interns.It can not only improve the personal comprehensive quality of interns,but also make interns have a higher evaluation of the teaching mode.
