目的 研究将基于影像归档和通信(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)系统与以案例为基础的学习(Case-based Learning,CBL)相结合的教学模式用于超声诊断实践教学中的效果.方法 选取2022年7月—2024年1月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院进行实习的48名影像学专业本科生为研究对象,按带教方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各24名.对照组行传统带教法,观察组行基于PACS系统联合CBL教学模式.比较两组实践成绩(理论成绩、阅片成绩)、积极学习主动性(学习驱动力、学习目标、深入学习、控制学习、扎实学习)以及教学效果(激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高临床思维能力、提高表达能力、调动课堂教学氛围).结果 观察组理论成绩为(45.30±0.86)分阅片成绩为为(45.18±0.90)分均高于对照组的(40.89±1.26)分、(41.11±1.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.162、13.507,P均<0.05).观察组积极学习主动性评分以及教学效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在超声诊断学实践教学中采取基于PACS系统联合CBL教学模式可提高实习生超声诊断教学成绩、积极学习主动性,从而提高教学效果.
Research on the Application of PACS System Combined with CBL Teach-ing Mode in Practical Teaching of Ultrasound Diagnosis
Objective To study the effect of combining picture archiving and communication system(PACS)with case-based learning(CBL)in the practical teaching of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods From July 2022 to January 2024,48 undergraduate students majoring in imaging who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different teaching methods,24 students in each group.The control group was treated with traditional teaching method,and the observation group was treated with PACS system combined with CBL teaching mode.The practical scores(theoretical scores,reading scores),active learning initiative(learning driving force,learning objectives,in-depth learning,control learning,solid learning)and teaching effect(stimulating learning interest,improving learning effi-ciency,improving clinical thinking ability,improving expression ability,mobilizing classroom teaching atmosphere)were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical score(45.30±0.86)and reading score(45.18±0.90)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group score of(40.89±1.26),(41.11±1.17),and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=14.162,13.507,both P<0.05).The scores of active learning initiative and teach-ing effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the practical teaching of ultrasound diagnostics,the teaching mode based on PACS system combined with CBL can improve the performance of ultrasound diagnostics and active learning initiative of interns,so as to improve the teaching effect.
