目的 分析基于知识图谱与影像存储与传输系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)的案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)在临床眼科教学实践中的效果.方法 选择2023年4月—2024年1月在山东第二医科大学附属医院实习的49名学生为研究对象,按照不同教学方法分为对照组(n=24,予以传统教学法)、研究组(n=25,予以基于知识图谱与PACS的CBL教学法).对比两组综合测评成绩、临床决策能力、临床安全思维能力.结果 教学后,研究组理论考核成绩为(92.24±2.79)分、实践考核成绩为(91.72±2.53)分,高于对照组的(81.71±2.25)分、(78.80±2.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.506、17.325,P均<0.05).教学后,研究组临床决策能力与临床安全思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于知识图谱与PACS的CBL教学法可改善学生综合测评成绩,并提升临床决策能力与临床安全思维能力.
Effect of CBL Teaching Based on Knowledge Graph and PACS in Clinical Ophthalmology Teaching Practice
Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method(CBL)based on knowledge graph and picture ar-chiving and communication system(PACS)in clinical ophthalmology teaching practice.Methods A total of 49 students who practiced in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group(n=24,given traditional teaching method)and study group(n=25,given CBL teaching method based on knowledge graph and PACS).The comprehensive evaluation results,clinical decision-making ability,clinical safety thinking ability were com-pared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical assessment scores of the study group were(92.24±2.79)points and the practical assessment scores were(91.72±2.53)points,which were higher than those of the control group(81.71±2.25)points and(78.80±2.69)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.506,17.325,both P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of clinical decision-making ability and clinical safety thinking ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method based on knowledge graph and PACS can improve students'comprehensive evaluation performance,and improve their clinical decision-making ability and clinical safety thinking ability.
