Analysis of the Application Value of the Incentive Mechanism of Innova-tion of Talents in Public Hospitals Based on the Theory of Resource Con-servation
Objective To explore the application value of incentive mechanism for scientific research and innovation of talents in public hospitals based on resource conservation theory.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,100 health Professional and technical personnel of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected as the research objects to implement the intervention of the talent innovation incentive mechanism of public hospitals based on the resource conservation theory.The scientific research achievements and scores of scientific research con-sciousness of managed objects before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the number of journal papers published,the number of project proposals and the number of patent applications in the scientific re-search related results included in the management objects were higher than those before the intervention,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of research motivation(83.6±11.0)points,cognition of research importance(86.9±8.9)points and cognition of information policy(91.2±5.7)points were higher than those before intervention scores of(75.8±5.8),(78.1±7.5),(75.7±6.7)points,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incentive mechanism of talent innovation in public hospitals based on re-source conservation theory can effectively improve the scientific research achievements of talent management objects and enhance the active scientific research consciousness.
