Application Value of General Practice Diagnosis and Treatment Service Model in Community Public Health Management
Objective To explore the application value of general diagnosis and treatment service model in community public health management.Methods A total of 70 community workers from 17 township(street)hospitals in the region were selected as the research objects.From January 2020 to December 2021,routine public health management was given as the control group.From January 2022 to December 2023,the general practice diagnosis and treatment service mode was given as the general practice group.The management observation period of the two groups was 6 months,and the management effect was compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of management,the family doc-tor contract score and chronic disease management score of the two groups were lower than those before management,and the general group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 6 months of management,The work quality score of the general practice group was(46.70±3.11)points,which was higher than that of the control group(41.48±3.37)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.684,P<0.05).The instrument use ability,professional and technical ability,interpersonal coordination ability and work envi-ronment adaptability in the general practice group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of general practice service model in community public health management can improve the quality of family doctor contract and chronic disease management,and also improve the work quality and work ethics of staff.
