摘要

三级综合医院门诊管理是一个复杂的管理过程,涉及到多项不同领域.本文总结了诊室共享化+专科化管理的内涵,探讨了诊室共享化+专科化管理在三级综合医院门诊管理中的挑战,提出了诊室共享化+专科化管理模式提高三级综合医院门诊管理质量的措施:积极实行精细化管理、推广数字化信息管理、加强人员素质整体建设、坚持以人为本的服务宗旨.

Abstract

Outpatient management in tertiary comprehensive hospitals is a complex management process that in-volves multiple different fields.This article summarized the connotation of consultation room sharing and specialized management,explored the challenges of consultation room sharing and specialized management in outpatient manage-ment of tertiary comprehensive hospitals,and proposed measures to improve the quality of outpatient management in tertiary comprehensive hospitals through the consultation room sharing and specialized management model:actively implementing refined management,promoting digital information management,strengthening the overall construction of personnel quality,and adhering to the service tenet of people-oriented.
