This article mainly focuses on county-level hospitals and constructs a high-quality development evalua-tion system,integrating data results from multiple business systems such as hospital medical record system,medical quality management system,operation system,human resources system,science and education management system,and satisfaction survey.Build high-quality development evaluation system for county-level hospital,with quantitative data collection,summary,and quality control to achieve visualization and comparability of results.Real time data dis-play and warning are carried out on indicators such as department capacity improvement,sustainable development,de-partment operation,and satisfaction evaluation.Monthly,quarterly,and annual scoring and hospital ranking are car-ried out to achieve a two-level high-quality development evaluation system for hospitals and departments.The system comprehensively evaluates the development of each department,grasps its service capability level,and better assists departments in self-management and clarification of development trend and shortcomings.Through the ranking of spe-cialties within the hospital,promoting healthy competition has put forward feasible suggestions for the development of various departments,further promoting the comprehensive realization of high-quality development in hospitals.
