摘要
目的 分析质量控制在静脉药物调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)细胞毒性药物管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020年1月—2023年12月泰州市中医院PIVAS在职的20名工作人员为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年12月实施传统PIVAS管理,2022年1月—2023年12月实施质量控制.比较质量控制实施前后的评判性思维能力评分(寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、成熟度)、细胞毒性药物管理知信行评分(知识、态度、行为)、细胞毒性药物配制差错发生率、细胞毒性药物溢出发生率、管理总满意率.结果 质量控制实施后的评判性思维能力评分、细胞毒性药物管理知信行评分和管理总满意率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).质量控制实施后,细胞毒性药物配制差错发生率、细胞毒性药物溢出发生率均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在PIVAS细胞毒性药物管理中应用质量控制能够进一步提升工作人员的评判性思维能力与细胞毒性药物管理知信行水平,避免细胞毒性药物配制差错与细胞毒性药物溢出的发生,提高管理总满意率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control in the management of cytotoxic drugs in pharmacy intra-venous drug admixture service(PIVAS).Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,20 staff members of PIVAS in Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Traditional PIVAS manage-ment was implemented from January 2022 to December 2021,and quality control was implemented from January 2022 to December 2023.The critical thinking ability scores(seeking truth,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,thirst for knowledge,maturity),knowledge-attitude-behavior score of cytotoxic drug management(knowledge,attitude,behavior),incidence of errors in cytotoxic drug formulation,incidence of cytotoxic drug over-flow,and total management satisfaction before and after quality control implementation were compared.Results Af-ter the implementation of quality control,the score of critical thinking ability,knowledge,attitude-behavior score of cytotoxic drug management and the total satisfaction rate of management were higher than those before the implemen-tation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the implementation of quality control,the incidence of cytotoxic drug preparation errors and the incidence of cytotoxic drug overflow were lower than those be-fore the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control in the management of cytotoxic drugs in PIVAS can further improve the critical thinking ability of staff and the level of knowledge-belief-behavior of cytotoxic drug management,avoid the occurrence of errors in the preparation of cytotoxic drugs and the overflow of cytotoxic drugs,and improve the overall satisfaction rate of manage-ment.
