超声科质量控制管理相关问题与建议研究

目的 对超声科质量控制管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的建议.方法 选取2023年1-12月京山市妇幼保健院8名超声科医护人员为研究对象,2023年1-6月实施常规管理,设为对照组;2023年7-12月对超声科质量控制管理中存在的问题进行分析,其后进行针对性的强化管理,设为观察组.各管理阶段均纳入150份超声采样报告,对比管理前后管理质量评分(科室管理、操作技能、检查效率、服务态度、书写报告)、超声采样质量检查(检查操作、超声仪器参数、超声报告、图像质量)、不良事件(检查时间过长、操作不规范、意外情况、投诉事件)发生情况.结果 观察组医护人员的科室管理、操作技能、检查效率、服务态度、书写报告评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组医护人员在检查操作、超声仪器参数、超声报告、图像质量等方面的标准率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).对照组发生不良事件数量为4起,包括检查时间过长1起,操作不规范2起、投诉事件1起;观察组未发生不良事件.结论医院需要充分重视超声科质量控制管理过程中存在的各种问题,针对问题提出针对性的处理建议,进而提升超声科的工作质量.
Research on Quality Control Management Related Issues and Suggestions in Ultrasound Department
Objective To analyze the problems in quality control management of ultrasound department and propose corresponding suggestions.Methods Eight ultrasound medical staff from Jingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was implemented from January to June 2023,and they were set as the control group.From July to December 2023,the problems existing in the quality control management of the ultrasound department were analyzed,and then targeted management was strengthened and the observation group was set up.150 ultrasonic sampling reports were included in each manage-ment phase.The management quality scores(department management,operation skills,inspection efficiency,service attitude,report writing),ultrasonic sampling quality inspection(inspection operation,ultrasonic instrument parameters,ultrasonic report,image quality),adverse events(long inspection time,irregular operation,accidents,complaints)were compared before and after management.Results The department management,operation skills,inspection efficiency,service attitude and report writing scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the standard rates of medical staff in the observation group were higher in the aspects of inspection operation,ultrasonic instrument parameters,ul-trasonic report and image quality,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of adverse events in the control group was 4,including 1 case of long inspection time,2 cases of irregular operation and 1 case of complaint.No adverse events occurred in the observation group.Conclusion Hospitals need to pay full attention to the various problems that exist in the quality control and management process of the ultrasound department,propose targeted treatment suggestions for the problems,and improve the work quality of the ultrasound department.
