Analysis of the Impact of SWOT Analysis on the Quality of Nursing Man-agement
Objective To analyze the influence of SWOT analysis on the quality of nursing management.Methods A total of 102 nursing staff working in the Central Hospital of Xiaogan from January 2022 to December 2023 were se-lected as the research objects.The routine nursing management mode was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the routine group.From January to December 2023,SWOT analysis method was implemented for nursing management,which was set as the study group,and the two groups were the same group of nursing staff.The nursing management quality scores(ward management,business level,communication level,basic nursing,hospi-tal infection control and document writing),nursing ability scores(communication ability,first aid ability,operation ability,humanistic care and nursing service)and nursing staff's satisfaction with the management mode were com-pared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing management quality and nursing ability in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group with the nursing management model was 98.04%(100/102),which was higher than 90.20%(92/102)of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SWOT analysis in nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and the professional ability of nursing staff,to ensure the effective development of nursing work,but also to meet the satisfaction of nursing staff to the nursing management mode.
