Implementation Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement Measures in Hospital Health Management
Objective The analysis of continuous quality improvement in hospitals and health management measures of the implementation of the results.Methods A total of 36 medical staff on duty in the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.Routine health management was applied in the hospital from January to December 2022 as the pre-implementation,and continuous quality improvement measures were applied from January to November 2023 as the after-implementation.The hospital management level,staff satisfaction with the management model,the number of bacterial colonies in the hospital,and the occurrence of adverse events before and after the application of continuous quality improvement measures were compared.Results After the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures,the hospital management level,staff satisfaction with the management mode,the number of bacterial colonies in the hospital,and the occur-rence of adverse events were all better than before the implementation,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement measures in hospital health management can effectively improve the overall management level of the hospital,thereby increasing staff satisfaction,reducing the number of bacterial colonies in the hospital and the risk of adverse events.
