Objective To analyze the influence of nurse hierarchical management on the quality of gynecological nurs-ing and the quality of nurses.Methods From February 2019 to January 2023,30 nurses working in gynecology depart-ment of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different manage-ment modes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 15 nurses in each group.The control group implemented the routine management mode,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical manage-ment mode.The nursing quality,self-cultivation and satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results After management,the nursing quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The implementation of nurse hierarchical management mode can improve the effective quality of gynecological nursing work,and play an important role in establishing a high-quality nursing team,provide patients with better qual-ity and comprehensive nursing measures,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management mode at the same time,which has high application value.
