Objective To explore the effect of post hierarchical management mode on the management of nurses in ob-stetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 20 nurses working in Hunan Brain Hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different management modes.From January to June 2023,the rou-tine nursing management mode was carried out as the control group.From July to December 2023,the post hierarchi-cal management mode was carried out as the observation group.During this period,there was no personnel flow in ob-stetrics and gynecology.The quality of nurse management,nurses'work pressure and satisfaction rate of management were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the quality scores of nurse management in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work pressure scores of nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of management in the observation group was 100.00%(20/20)higher than 80.00%(16/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of post hierarchical management mode in the management of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology can improve the quality of nurses'management,reduce work pressure and improve the satis-faction rate of management.
