Effect Analysis of PDCA Cycle Management Mode Applied in Nursing Management of Splenogastic Hepatology
Objective To explore the value of applying PDCA cycle management mode in nursing management of Splenogastic Hepatology.Methods Twelve nurses working in the department of Splenogastic Heparology,Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the different management model.The routine nursing management was imple-mented from January to December 2022 as the routine group.From January to December 2023,the PDCA cycle man-agement mode was implemented,as the research group.The two groups were the same group of nurses,and the work-ing ability score,nursing quality score and working status score of the two groups were compared.Results The work ability scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of Malaseh Burnout Inven-tory in the study group was(48.25±4.36)points,which was lower than(69.53±5.23)points in the routine group,the score of Gallup Workplace Audit was(51.25±4.53)points,which was higher than(45.86±4.25)points in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.826,3.006,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management mode in the nursing management of Splenogastic Hepatology can effectively improve the nursing ability and quality,enhance the working initiative of nurses,and ensure the effective development of nursing work.
