Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method in Antimicrobial Drug Management
Objective To evaluate the role of PDCA cycle management method in antimicrobial drug management.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 30 drug managers in Beijing Fengtai You'anmen Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2021,routine management was implemented in anti-bacterial drug management(control group),and from January to December 2022,PDCA cycle management method was implemented in antibacterial drug management(observation group).The reasonable rate of antibacterial drug use,the satisfaction of the staff in the group on the management of antibacterial drugs and the management quality scores were compared between the two group.Results After intervention,the rational use rate of antimicrobial drug in the ob-servation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfactions of the staff in the antibacterial drug management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management quality scores of the ob-servation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The application of PDCA cycle management method in the management of antibacterial drugs can ensure the rational use of antibacterial drugs,which is beneficial for improving management satisfaction of staff band quality evaluation.
