Objective To explore the application of double check combined with fine management in pharmacy man-agement,and to analyze the influence on improving the efficiency and quality of pharmacy management.Methods A total of 15 staff members who worked in the department of Pharmacy,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo Boshan District Family Planning Service Center District as the research objects.The pre-and post-control design was used,Form January to December 2022 the traditional management was implemented(traditional group),and from January to December 2023 were implemented with double check joint fine management(study group),and the two groups are the same staff.The quality of pharmacy management,work efficiency and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pharmacy management quality,work efficiency and manage-ment satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The double check joint fine management can improve the work efficiency and management quality of the pharmacy,and improve the management satisfaction of the staff.
