Application of Critical Value Reporting System in Internal Medicine Man-agement
Objective To investigate the value of critical value reporting system in the management of internal medi-cine.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 9 doctors working in the Department of Internal Medi-cine of Mazhan People's Hospital of Yishui County were selected as the research objects.The Department of Internal Medicine implemented the critical value reporting system for standardized management from January 2023.The satis-faction of doctors with the management system,the assessment score of the critical value system and the incidence of medical disputes were compared before implementation(from January to December 2022)and after implementation(from January to December 2023).Results After the implementation,the doctors'satisfaction of the management sys-tem was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the doctors'assessment scores of the critical value system were higher than those before the imple-mentation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the implementation,the number of medi-cal disputes in the critical value reporting system was 0.Conclusion The implementation of the critical value report-ing system is conducive to improving the satisfaction and assessment scores of physicians and helping to reduce the oc-currence of medical disputes.
