Analysis of the Effect of Hierarchical Management Mode of Nursing Staff on Improving the Quality of Surgical Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hierarchical management mode of nursing staff in surgical nurs-ing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 40 nursing staff in the department of Sur-gery of Chaling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hunan Province were selected as the research ob-jects,from January to December 2022,the routine management mode was used as the control group.From January to December 2022,the hierarchical management mode was adopted as the observation group.The kinds of management pattern of perpetrators are the same nursing staff.The nursing skill scores,nursing staff's satisfaction with manage-ment and nursing staff's work efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after implementation.Re-sults The nursing skill scores of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing staff's satisfaction with management in the ob-servation group was 100.00%(40/40)higher than 90.00%(36/40)in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=2.003,P<0.05).The work efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In surgical nurs-ing management,the application of hierarchical management mode of nursing staff can improve the quality of nursing staff management.
