Application Value of Hierarchical Management Mode in Nursing Manage-ment of Cardiology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of applying hierarchical management mode in nursing management of car-diology department.Methods A total of 86 nurses working in the Department of Cardiology in Juye County Beicheng Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods,with 43 nurses in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given hierarchical management mode for differential management.The mastery of knowledge(theoretical knowledge,operational knowledge and service knowl-edge),working ability(communication,emergency handling,medication management,safety protection)and satisfac-tion were compared between the two groups.Results Before the management,there were no statistically significant dif-ferences in the scores of knowledge mastery between the two groups(all P>0.05).After management,the scores of knowledge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the were control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P>0.05).Before management,two groups of work ability score comparison,there were no statistically significant difference(all P>0.05).After management,the work ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P>0.05).Observation group with satisfaction to the manner of nurses was 100.00%(43/43)higher than that of control group 90.70%(39/43),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.195,P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management model for nursing management in cardiology department can improve the knowledge and working ability of nurses,and their satisfaction with the management method were higher.
