Medical equipment is the key to support the orderly development of medical services.To a certain extent,the quality of medical equipment procurement can determine the overall quality of hospital medical services and the height of future development.Therefore,in order to better control their own operating costs and achieve healthy devel-opment,hospitals should identify and respond the procurement risks of medical devices based on the perspective of cost control.This paper identifies the risk of hospital medical equipment procurement from the perspective of cost con-trol,and puts forward specific coping strategies,hoping to provide help for research and work in related fields.
