住院药房一体化是将住院药房与静脉用药调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAs)统一的管理模式.常规的一体化住院药房的盘点为线性流程,通常需要在药房系统停止发药后进行静态盘点,但在盘点时存在一个药品多位存储、数据需要手动计算、盘点误差率较高等缺点.南京大学医学院附属苏州医院根据一体化药房工作流程的特点,通过优化盘点中的流程,灵活使用Excel函数及VBA功能,降低药房人工成本,提高工作效率,并减少手动运算误差.
Discussion on the Application of Excel in Integrated Inpatient Pharmacy Inventory
The integration of inpatient pharmacy is a management mode of unified management of inpatient pharmacy and pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAs).The inventory of the conventional integrated inpatient phar-macy is a linear process.It is usually necessary to perform a static inventory after the pharmacy system stops dispens-ing.However,there is a multi-bit storage of drugs during the inventory,the data needs to be manually calculated,and the inventory error rate is high.According to the characteristics of the integrated pharmacy workflow,Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical College optimizes the process of inventory,flexibly uses Excel function and VBA function,reduces the labor cost of pharmacy,improves the work efficiency,and reduces the error caused by manual operation and statistics.
