Analysis on the Improvement and Perfection of Hospital Archives Manage-ment under the Background of Health and Medical Big Data
Objective This paper analyzes the improvement and perfection of hospital archives management under the background of health care big data.Methods From January to December 2022,30 archivists from Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hospital Office were included in the control group using routine nurs-ing management methods.From January to December 2023,30 archivists from the hospital were included in the obser-vation group using the comprehensive management model(Internet+PDCA cycle management method)under the back-ground of health and medical big data.The observation group extracted 51 files,and the control group extracted 50 files.The scores of file management ability(file standard,ability to perform duties,timely filing),the correct rate of file management and the satisfaction of management were compared between the two groups.Results After the imple-mentation of different file management modes,the management ability of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of file manage-ment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the staff in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of health and medical big data,the application of internet+PDCA cycle management method in hospi-tal archives management has achieved good results,which significantly enhances the archives management ability of staff,improves the accuracy of archives management,and makes staff satisfaction higher.
