Research on the Application of Data Collection and Management Platform for Talent Cultivation Work Status in Teaching Management of Medical Vocational Colleges
Higher vocational colleges are based on the data collection and management platform of talent training work status(referred to as data platform),and take the improvement of teaching quality within the school as a means to collect data through the annual data platform,so as to clearly grasp the school's school conditions,professional set-tings,teaching operation,curriculum construction,teaching staff,student education,textbook construction and selec-tion,student internship and other aspects,effectively improve the school's modern education and teaching ability and level,promote the construction of professional groups,promote the improvement of school connotation and"double high construction",and realize the high-quality development of the school.The purpose of this article is to provide an effective education and teaching management mechanism for medical higher vocational colleges,which is helpful to improve the quality of personnel training.
