Exploration of the Value of General Education in Standardized Training of Oral Emergency Resident Physicians and Doctor-patient Communica-tion Teaching
Objective To explore the value of general education in standardized training of oral emergency resident physicians and doctor-patient communication teaching.Methods A total of fifty-eight residents from the Emergency Department of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Sun Yat sen University who received standardized training for oral emergency residents from March to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to different teaching methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine doctor-patient communication teaching,and the study group added 10 hours of general education train-ing on the basis of the control group.The SEGUE scale score,teacher score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of teacher evaluation,SEGUE scale scoring and teaching satisfaction scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion General education plays a positive role in the doctor-patient communication teaching in the standardized training of oral emergency residents,and can improve the doctor-patient communication ability of resident physicians.
