Application of Problem-Based Learning and Multimedia Intuitive Teach-ing Method in the Teaching of Ultrasound Interns
Objective To analyze the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)+multimedia intuitive teach-ing method in the teaching of ultrasound interns.Methods A total of 60 interns from Department of ultrasound of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given PBL and multimedia intuitive teaching method,and the control group was given traditional teaching method.The teaching effects of different teaching modes were compared.Results After inter-vention,the results of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,differential diagnosis and case analysis in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation scores of the observation scores group was higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of interns in ultrasound department,the use of PBL and multimedia intuitive teaching method can effec-tively improve the theoretical and practical level of interns,improve the ability of clinical diagnosis and case analysis,the overall teaching evaluation response is generally good,and the teaching satisfaction is generally high.
