Application of Group Cooperative Learning Combined with Problem-Based Learning Teaching in the Teaching of Internal Medicine Doctors
Objective To explore the application of group cooperative learning combined with problem based learning(PBL)teaching in the teaching of internal medicine doctors. Methods Fifty interns of internal medicine in Karamay Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the different teaching methods. The control group implemented tradi-tional teaching, and the observation group implemented group cooperative learning combined with PBL teaching. The scores of theory, clinical practice, career maturity and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical scores and clinical operation scores of the observation group were(94.12±3.49)points and(95.52±1.35)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(89.63±4.54)points and(89.22±3.53)points],and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The career maturity score and course satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group cooperative learning combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of internal medicine interns is significant, which can improve the academic level and clinical practice ability of interns, and also promote their career development and professional competence.
