目的 探究在神经病学临床实习教学中实施多学科诊疗(Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment,MDT)模式下问题为导向(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法的效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月东台市人民医院神经病学科的60名规培生为研究对象,以教学方法的不同分为观察组、参照组,各30名.参照组行PBL教学法,观察组行MDT模式下PBL教学法.比较两组带教前后的考核成绩(理论知识和实践能力)、临床工作能力(自学能力、临床分析能力、临床思维能力及团队合作能力)及带教满意程度.结果 观察组的考核成绩、临床工作能力及带教满意程度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 MDT模式下PBL教学法能够改善神经病学临床实习教学中规培生考核成绩,改善临床工作能力,提高带教满意程度.
Effect of Problem-based Learning Teaching Method Under Multidisci-plinary Diagnosis and Treatment Mode in Clinical Internship Teaching of Neurology
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching under multidisciplinary diagno-sis and treatment(MDT)model in neurology clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 60 regulatory trainees in Department of Neurology of Dongtai People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into observation group and reference group,with 30 trainees each.The reference group adopted PBL teaching method,and the observation group adopted PBL teaching method under MDT model.The assessment results(theoretical knowledge and practical ability),clinical work ability(self-learning ability,clinical analysis ability,clinical thinking ability and teamwork ability)and the satisfac-tion degree of the two groups were compared before and after the teaching.Results The assessment results,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method under MDT model can im-prove the performance of clinical practice teaching in neurology,improve clinical work ability and improve teaching satisfaction.
