Analysis of the Effect of Problem Teaching Method Combined with Case Stereoscopic Teaching Method in Otolaryngology Teaching
Objective To analyze the effect of problem teaching method combined with case stereoscopic teaching method in Department of Eye,Ear,Nose and Throat teaching.Methods Twenty medical staff in Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups according to different teaching modes.The routine group implemented the routine clinical teaching mode from January to Decem-ber 2022,the study group implemented the problem teaching method and the case stereoscopic teaching model from January to December 2023,and the same group of medical personnel were employed in two stages.The two groups of medical staff were compared the satisfaction on the content and form,theoretical and operational assessment results,professional ability(communication ability,practical operation ability,clinical adaptability,comprehensive application of knowledge ability,diagnosis and treatment ability).Results The total satisfaction of teaching content and form in the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and operational test scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of professional ability in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of medical staff in Eye,Ear,Nose and Throat Department,the combi-nation of problem teaching method and case based teaching method can effectively meet the needs of medical staff for teaching content and form,and improve their mastery of professional knowledge and operation skills.
