目的 探究盆底模型结合基于问题的教学方法(Problem Based Learning,PBL)在盆底教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月在永州市中心医院妇科纳入观察组的50名医学生为研究对象,按照教学方法不同分为两组,常规组的25名医学生接受常规盆底教学模式,观察组25名医学生接受基于盆底模型结合PBL教学法.比较两组实习生考试成绩(专业理论及临床实践技能成绩)、临床思维能力(系统思维、循证思维、批判性思维)及教学满意度(教学模式、提高诊疗思维能力、激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高问题分析解决能力).结果 观察组专业理论成绩为(96.17±1.01)分、临床实践技能成绩为(96.06±1.02)分均高于常规组的(95.21±1.02)分、(95.14±1.13)分(t=3.344、3.022,P均<0.05).观察组的各项临床思维能力、教学满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 盆底模型结合PBL教学法应用于盆底教学中,可提高实习生考试成绩、教学满意度及临床思维能力.
Aapplication Effect of Pelvic Floor Model Combined with Problem-oriented Teaching Method in Pelvic Floor Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor model combined with Problem Based Learning(PBL)in pelvic floor teaching.Methods Fifty medical students who practiced gynecology in Yongzhou Central Hospi-tal from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.25 medical students in the conventional group received the conventional pelvic floor teach-ing mode,and 25 medical students in the observation group received the pelvic floor model combined with PBL teach-ing method.Compare two groups of interns test scores(professional theory and clinical practice skills grades),clinical thinking ability(system thinking,evidence-based thinking,critical thinking)and satisfaction of teaching(teaching mode,improve the ability of clinical thinking,stimulate interest in learning,improve the ability of self-study,improve the ability of problem analysis).Results The scores of professional theory and clinical practice skills in the observa-tion group were 96.17±1.01 and 96.06±1.02,respectively,which were higher than 95.21±1.02 and 95.14±1.13 in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.344,3.022,both P<0.05).Clinical thinking abil-ity,teaching satisfaction score observation group were higher than that of conventional group,the difference was statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor model combined with PBL teaching method is applied to the teaching of the pelvic floor,can improve the intern exam achievement and teaching satisfaction and clinical think-ing ability.
