Analysis and Discussion of the Quality Control Effect of Microbial Testing in the Disease Control System
Objective To explore and analyze the quality control effect of microbiological examination in disease con-trol system.Methods From January to December 2022,20 inspectors from the Laboratory Department of Heze Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,and 100 microbial test-assisted studies were selected during the study period.According to different management methods,the imple-mentation of routine management measures from January to June 2022 was the control group(50 microbial tests were performed).From July to December 2022,the implementation of continuous quality management measures was the ob-servation group(50 microbiological tests);the quality of microbiological examination,the satisfaction of inspectors with the management mode and the quality score of microbiological examination management were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of microbiological test quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of inspectors to the management mode in the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality scores of microbiological examina-tion management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality management measures for microbio-logical examination of disease system can improve the qualified rate of microbiological examination quality,the satis-faction of inspectors with management mode and the quality of microbiological examination management.
