Investigation and Analysis of Igg Antibody Levels of Clonorchis Sinensis in Medical Examination Population in Nanning,Guangxi from 2020 to 2023
Objective To analyze and understand the changes of Clonorchis sinensis infection in Nanning City in re-cent years,so as to provide basis for scientific prevention and control of Clonorchis sinensis in relevant departments.Methods A total of 10 554 samples of physical examination population from the laboratory department of Guangxi Medical University Ruigu Medical laboratory Co.,Ltd.from 2020 to 2023 were selected as the research objects.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect and analyze the Immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibody level of Clonorchis sinensis,and the infection rate among the groups with characteristics such as year,gender,age group,season,nationality,and food habit was analyzed.Results The total infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis was 28.20%(2976/10 5454)in 10 554 samples of physical examination population.There was significant difference in the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in different years(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis among different genders and age groups in each year(both P<0.05).There were statistically sig-nificant differences in the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis among different seasons,nationalities,and food habit(all P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in Nanning City from 2020 to 2023 showed a con-tinuous downward trend,but it was still at a high level.Seasonal and population differences were obvious,dietary hab-its were the key factors.It was necessary to strengthen prevention and control education to reduce infection,and serum IgG detection could be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method for Clonorchis sinensis infection.
