Practice of Setting up Specialist Operation Assistants in Public Hospitals—Take LY Hospital as An Example
An efficient and high-quality specialty operation team is the prerequisite for the smooth implementation of various refined operation and management work in hospitals.Taking the practical experience of LY Hospital as an ex-ample,this article explored the operation mode of specialty operation assistants in public hospitals,and expanded the effectiveness of the specialty operation assistant service in terms of the construction of the organization system,work-ing mode and working mechanism,personnel team construction and work responsibilities,professional quality ad-vancement and comprehensive ability improvement,in order to provide reference for other hospitals to set up operation management related organizations and operation assistants,and to help improve the level of lean management in do-mestic hospitals and promote the overall high-quality development of hospitals.
