Education Work of University Affiliated Hospitals and the Construction of the"Medical+4"Education System under the Background of"New Medi-cine"
Cultivating medical talents with benevolence and skill is the essence and important goal of the"New Medi-cine"education,and it is also an important ideological guarantee to ensure that the health industry adheres to the so-cialist direction and faces the people's life and health.As the main battlefield for cultivating medical talents,affiliated hospitals of universities should actively adapt to the transformation of medicine from a"biomedical science based medical model"to a"interdisciplinary medical model supported by medical literature,medical engineering,medical science,and medical X"under the background of"New Medicine",and innovate and do a good job in educating people.Based on the characteristics of education in affiliated hospitals of universities,this article proposed a"medi-cal+4"education system that organically integrates"medical education with ideological and political education,cul-tural confidence education,medical humanities education,and positive psychological education".
