Analysis on the Effect of Constructing and Improving the Performance Management System of Public Hospitals from the Perspective of High-quality Development—Taking Z Public Hospital as an Example
It has become an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of hospitals under the new situa-tion to improve the performance management system of public hospitals and improve the efficiency of hospital opera-tion while adhering to the public welfare.Taking Z public hospital as an example,this paper combed the process of constructing and perfecting the performance management system of public hospitals from the perspective of high-quality development,and made a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of its actual implementation effect,which pro-vided a reference for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development.
