Value Analysis of Hospital Management in Improving Service Quality and Realizing Sustainable Development of Hospital
Objective To explore the value of hospital management in improving service quality and realizing sustain-able development of hospital.Methods A total of 288 medical staff from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow Uni-versity from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group for routine management,and the same group of medical staff from January to December 2023 were selected as the study group for total hospital management,and the management satisfaction,risk event incidence and management quality scores of the two groups were com-pared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the study group was 95.1%(274/288),which was higher than 83.3%(240/288)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.985,P<0.05).There were 12 cases of management errors,management disputes,management complaints and other risk events in the study group,while 52 cases of management errors,management disputes,management complaints and other risk events in the control group.The management quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of total hospital man-agement can significantly improve the quality of management and reduce the occurrence of risk events,thereby im-proving the overall satisfaction of medical staff and helping hospitals achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable develop-ment.
