Application Analysis of the Standardized Management Mode of Process Based Homework in the Management of Hospital Disinfection Supply Rooms
Objective To explore the impact of implementing a standard management model for process-based opera-tions on reducing management deficiencies in hospital sterilization supply room management.Methods Seven staff of sterilization supply center of Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2021 to October 2023,and were divided into two groups according to the time,the control group(from January to De-cember 2021)carried out the management work in the conventional mode;the observation group(from January 2022 to October 2023)carried out management in a process-oriented operation standard mode,and the two groups selected 100 medical devices for management respectively.Compare the occurrence of management defects,work quality,and management ability of the two groups.Results The incidence of medical device management defects in the observation group was 3.00%(3/100),which was lower than 14.00%(14/100)in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=7.779,P<0.05).The staff's work quality score and work ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital disinfection supply room adopts a process based peration management mode for medical equipment,which can effectively reduce defects and improve management quality.
