TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法在组织胚胎学教学中的应用

目的 探讨团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)联合案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)和问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在组织胚胎学教学过程中的教学效果.方法 选取2022年2-6月安徽医科大学2021级医学影像学专业118名学生为对照组,2023年2-6月安徽医科大学2022级医学影像学专业119名学生为研究组.对照组给予传统授课方法,研究组给予TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学的方法.比较两组学生成绩、教学满意度、综合能力评分.结果 研究组学生理论成绩为(89.96±0.76)分,高于对照组的(84.04±1.07)分,差异有统计学意义(t=49.136,P<0.001).研究组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生综合能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法可以提高学生的学习成绩,与传统授课的方法相比,其教学效果更理想.
The Application of TBL,CBL and PBL Combining Teaching Method in the Teaching of Histology and Embryology
Objective To investigate the pedagogical effectiveness of team-based learning(TBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching and learning process of tissue embryology.Methods 118 medical imaging program students of 2021 grade of Anhui Medical University from February to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 119 medical imaging program students of 2022 grade of Anhui Medical University from February to June 2023 were selected as the study group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method and the research group was given the TBL-CBL-PBL fusion teaching method.Student achievement,teaching satisfaction,and comprehensive ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results The theory score of the students in the study group was 89.96±0.76,which was higher than 84.04±1.07 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=49.136,P<0.001).Teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students'overall ability scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion TBL-CBL-PBL combining teaching method can improve students'academic performance and learning enthusiasm,and its teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method.
