The Impact of Humanized Management Mode on the Psychological Resil-ience,Work Pressure,Work Enthusiasm,and Satisfaction of Pediatric Nurses
Objective To explore the impact of humanized management mode on the psychological resilience,work pressure,work enthusiasm,and satisfaction of pediatric nurses.Methods Eight pediatric nurses working at Wuxi Chil-dren's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From January to June 2023 was before the implementation of humanized management,and from July to December was after the implementation of humanized management,compare the psychological resilience,work pressure,work enthusiasm,and satisfaction of pe-diatric nurses before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation,the total score of resilience of pediatric nurses were higher compared with those before the implementation,the work pressure score of pediatric nurses were lower than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).And the work enthusiasm score was 9.25±0.43,higher than that before the implementation 7.38±0.48,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.207,P<0.05).The total score of job satisfaction of pediatric nurses were higher com-pared with before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hu-manized management model can enhance the psychological resilience of pediatric nurses,reduce their work pressure,and improve their work enthusiasm and satisfaction.
