Effect of Hierarchical Management on Improving Nurses'Clinical Com-prehensive Ability and Nursing Quality
Objective To study the effect of hierarchical management on improving nurses'clinical comprehensive ability and nursing quality.Methods Thirty nurses in the Central Health Center of Eshan Town,Yicheng District were selected as the subjects of study,and routine nursing management was adopted from January to June 2023(control group),and hierarchical management was adopted from July to December 2023(observation group).The two groups were the same group of nurses.The clinical comprehensive ability,nursing quality outcome and work enthusiasm of the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of clinical comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing qual-ity of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of work involvement,leave request,the training punching and work attitude in the observation group were 95.32±1.07,93.73±1.11,94.12±1.24 and 94.34±1.15,were better than 91.52±1.45,90.92±1.09,90.35±1.48,90.05±1.89 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.550,9.893,10.696,10.621,all P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'clinical comprehensive ability and nursing quality were improved under hierarchical management,and nurses'working enthusiasm was higher.
