Research on the Application of Reasonable Drug Classification and Drug Supervision System in the Management of Hospital Western Pharmacy
Objective To analyze the application value of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in the management of hospital western pharmacy.Methods Ten western pharmacy staff from Xiluoyuan Community Health Service Center in Fengtai District of Beijing were selected as the research objects.From October 2021 to Sep-tember 2022,the routine western pharmacy management method was used as the control group;from October 2022 to October 2023,the implementation of rational drug classification and drug supervision system was set as the observa-tion group.100 prescriptions were selected as the subjects of observation in both groups.The satisfaction of western pharmacy staff on the management mode,the occurrence of prescription processing problems,the efficiency of phar-macy work and the score of management quality were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of western pharmacy staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of prescription processing problems in the observation group was 1.00%(1/100),which was lower than 8.00%(8/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.188,P<0.05).The scores of western pharmacy work efficiency and management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of management of western pharmacy,the rational application of rational drug classification and drug su-pervision system has high value,which can improve the efficiency of western pharmacy work and the satisfaction rate of staff to the management mode,reduce the problem of prescription treatment,and improve the management quality of western pharmacy.
